Pictorial look at all the piers which saw passenger service on the Clyde, from the Broomielaw in Glasgow, to the far reaches of Inverary, Campbeltown and Stranraer. Most of the vessels featured are (or were) Clyde based, and many of the piers have long gone. Around 290 B&W pictures, many dating back to the ‘Glory Days’, plus 32 in colour.
