This covers the railways of a good chunk of SW France, with Toulouse at its centre. The standard gauge lines are all either PO or Midi in origin and, to add to the interest, the area had a large number of narrow gauge lines, spectacular bridges, and strangely monumental stations in odd places. As always in this series, it covers the history of each line, or route, from origin up to the present as well as lines departed, so you have a good mix of motive power, not to mention photographs, both B&W and colour. 207 very interesting pages.
