Published in 1950 by Flammarion in Paris, this is Volume 3 of the Memoires of French General Maxime Weygand during World War 11.

During this time he served the Vichy Government in a number of areas, in France and notably North Africa. It would appear that this book is an attempt to sanitise elements of his career during this period, notably his anti-semitic views.

This is the original volume, in French. Over 600 pages, 4 maps. No illustrations. Card Covers.

CONDITION - Cover  slightly bent and dirty, otherwise good for the era. This would seem to be rare volume, of interest to French speaking military enthusiasts.
