To place an order is straightforward - just select the subject you want or, if you know a book or DVD's title, use the Search facility. Once you have found an item you wish to buy click on 'Add to Shopping Basket'. When you have finished shopping you will be asked to ‘Register’, which really means entering your name address and other contact details; you only need to do this once, as you will then be emailed a password which enables you to access your account, view progress of your order and so on. Once this is done, complete the Order Form at the end of the Shopping Basket and press ‘Buy Now’ which will lead you to our completely secure Protx gateway for payment by credit or debit card.
U.K. & EEC CUSTOMERS: the standard rate of British VAT has been reduced from 17.5% to 15% from the 1st December 2008, a reduction which is likely to last until the 1st January 2010.
BOOKS & MAGAZINES ARE ZERO-RATED FOR VAT SO THEIR PRICES ARE UNAFFECTED, but the price of DVDs, CDs and gear sets shown on this website include this reduction. Prices to customers outside the EEC are unaffected.
Please note that we only sell the items you will find on this site, or in our Booklist. The many 'old' technology books you will find here are new reprints, and we are not second-hand booksellers, so cannot help you about that book you saw sometime, somewhere and cannot remember the title of!
